Participants may choose to come for one day only or for both days.
The fee for participating in the conference is:

| One-day attendance: | 399* EUR + VAT** | 649 EUR + VAT** |
* If application is made on or before 2 July 2010.
** The VAT is 25%.
Included in the conference price are the sessions, conference materials, including hardcopy and electronic copy (pen-drive) of the presentations, Who-is-Who, Hitchhikers' Guide to FP7, coffee breaks and lunches for the two days.
Accommodation is not included in the conference price, but options are provided under Budapest Info.
Special Discount of 50% for the Third Applicant from an Organization
